Brendan Rennie joined Halifax in 2023. He is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Halifax, Brendan worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair, based out of Chicago, where he provided sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory services within the Supply Chain Services and Specialty Distribution sectors. Previously, Brendan worked at Ernst & Young as a Strategic Business Consultant.
Brendan earned a Masters in Accounting from University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from University of Central Florida’s Kenneth G Dixon School of Accounting. Brendan is also a licensed CPA.
In his free time, Brendan enjoys playing golf, supporting Chicago professional sports teams, and traveling with his girlfriend.
