As a full line distributor, UAC’s products fit nearly all vehicles in operation. UAC is based in Mansfield, TX and serves 600+ customers on an annual basis.

Elevate Care International operates as a franchisor in the U.S. in the non-medical personal care sector with 535 franchised territories and 105 company-owned territories. Internationally, the Company offers personal care in Ireland, the U.K., Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and France. In addition, it offers complex care (skilled nursing, therapies and home hospitalization) in the U.K. and Brazil. Elevate Care International operates under a number of brands: the US and Ireland through Comfort Keepers; the United Kingdom through Prestige Home care, The Good Care Group, and Oxford Aunts; France through Amelis; Brazil through Pronep, and multiple brands in the Nordics. The Company is headquartered in Irvine, California.

Harmar is a leading manufacturer of mobility and accessibility equipment including stairlifts, vehicle lifts, and vertical platform lifts. The Company’s solutions empower customers to age in their homes and access their communities. Harmar’s products are primarily sold through HME dealers as well as to VA hospitals. Harmar also provides training and certification for installation and service technicians. Harmar is headquartered in Sarasota, FL and was founded in 1998.

101 Mobility is the largest franchisor of accessibility and mobility equipment dealers in the United States and Canada with 65 franchisees serving ~200 territories. 101 Mobility franchisees offer a broad range of mobility and access solutions including stairlifts, ramps, vertical platform lifts, elevators, and vehicle lifts. 101M is headquartered in Wilmington, NC and was founded in 2008.

Milestone Technologies is a global IT services firm that partners with organizations to support their forward-looking digital transformation roadmaps and to scale their IT capabilities. Milestone provides a variety of solutions across Application Services, including digital product engineering and ServiceNow-oriented services, Digital Workplace Services, and Private Cloud Services. The Company primarily serves its clients through an end-to-end managed services model and maintains flexibility to leverage other delivery models to meet clients’ needs. Milestone is headquartered in Fremont, CA and was founded in 1997.

The Liberty Group is a leading provider of multifamily residential-focused staffing services to property management clients throughout the United States. Liberty primarily provides experienced candidates to fill short-term needs across a broad range of maintenance and leasing roles. The Company also provides executive search and placement services to the multifamily real estate industry, as well as background checks and employee screening services. Liberty is headquartered in Houston, Texas and was founded in 1977.

Case Facilities Management Solutions is a leading, national provider of snow management, landscaping and other exterior facility services to commercial customers across the United States. The Company leverages its proprietary technology platform, extensive vendor network, and in-house service capabilities to serve some of the largest multi-site customers in the country. Case is headquartered in North Attleboro, MA and was founded in 2009.

Leading national provider of cardiac PET (positron emission tomography) solutions and PET radioactive isotope delivery solutions to independent cardiology practices and hospitals in the U.S. The Company provides a full suite of concierge services including complete facility buildout, PET scanner procurement and maintenance, ancillary equipment procurement, delivery of radioisotopes and consumables, training, and customer support services. CDL is headquartered in Wexford, PA and was founded in 2003.

Founded in 2000, Southern Exteriors is a leading installer of siding, roofing, gutters, and other exterior home products in the southeastern U.S. The Company focuses on the residential and commercial markets and primarily serves national and local homebuilders. In addition to siding, roofing, and gutters, the company installs and distributes windows, porches, and other exterior products. SSC is headquartered in Jackson, Georgia and provides its services to customers in Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Northern Florida, and Alabama.

Founded in 1991, PJ United is the country’s largest franchisee of Papa John’s Pizza. Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, PJ United operates 199 stores in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Papa John’s is well-known for its emphasis on quality, premium pizzas through the “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza” approach.

Maverick Fitness is one of the largest franchisees for Orangetheory Fitness. The company is headquartered in Frisco, TX and is comprised of 34 studios in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Maverick Fitness provides Orangetheory’s professionally coached full-body workouts, focused on training endurance, strength and power. Orangetheory Fitness classes utilize treadmills, water rowing machines, mini bands and TRX® suspension unit systems, as well as free weights and benches. Each class utilizes technology which allows members to capture real-time performance data, measure their overall workout results, and set new goals.

Founded in 1994, Truvant is a leading global contract manufacturing and contract packaging provider to many of the world’s top food, consumer, household and industrial brands. Truvant currently operates 15 facilities and employs over 5,600 individuals in five countries.

Stinger is a leading designer, marketer, and distributor of a broad suite of vehicle technology products primarily for the automotive aftermarket.  Stinger sells integration, audio, infotainment, safety, and connectivity solutions through a variety of channels, including independent installers, distributors, OEMs, retailers, and e‑commerce.  The company is headquartered in Clearwater, FL with additional facilities throughout the U.S. and western Europe.

StrataTech Education Group is a leading provider of facility-based post-secondary education with a focus on preparing students for careers in welding and HVACR trades at campuses in Tulsa, Jacksonville, Phoenix, and Houston. Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, the company provides programs through two brands, Tulsa Welding School and The Refrigeration School (“RSI”). StrataTech’s student population is ~3,200 and there are currently over 36,000 alumni.

Nutrition Physiology Company, LLC is a microbial technology company specializing in products for ruminant livestock nutrition and food safety. The company’s flagship product, Bovamine, is designed to improve bovine feed efficiency and increase digestive health. NPC has a strong commitment to the research and development of its family of products. NPC provides customers with consistency in research, state-of-the-art application systems, and knowledgeable technicians devoted to superior service. NPC is based in Kansas City, MO.

It is the largest independent in the U.S. , with operations stretching from Alabama to Utah and the Gulf of Mexico to Canada. Meineke service centers perform a wide range of automotive services, including exhaust, brake and suspension repairs. In addition, Meineke initiates and supports franchisees from start-up through the entire service delivery chain.

Soil Safe, Inc., headquartered in Columbia, MD, provides a soil remediation solution for the removal and cleanup of petrochemical contaminated soils. Soil Safe’s projects range from smaller leaking underground storage tanks to large urban redevelopment projects. These soils, albeit requiring treatment to be rendered safe, are not considered to be “hazardous” under EPA’s regulatory regime. The Company’s stabilization process, which is less expensive than competing technologies, involves mixing the contaminated soil with a recipe of additives that permanently binds the contaminants, thus eliminating the possibility of leaching. The processed soil has been determined by state regulators to be clean and appropriate for reuse applications such as road building materials and other structural fill applications. The Company currently has facilities in Baltimore, MD and Logan, NJ, each with a cost effective service area of 150 miles.

InSight Health Services Corp, Inc. is the largest integrated provider of diagnostic imaging services in the United States, offering magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET), as well as other radiological services. The Company’s comprehensive platform includes the second largest network of mobile diagnostic systems, the third largest network of fixed site diagnostic imaging centers, and the largest network of hospital-outsourced radiology services. Through its extensive geographic presence, InSight has been able to contract with approximately 240 hospitals and more than 850 managed care organizations, serving over 750,000 patients annually across 30 states. InSight is headquartered in Lake Forest, CA.

MTW Corporation is an innovative provider of software systems and application architecture and development and services primarily for property & casualty insurance companies and state government agencies.

National Packaging Solutions Group, Inc. (NPSG), headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, is a leading independent manufacturer and distributor of corrugated and other packaging materials. Through its multiple locations in the Southeast, the Company provides “just-in-time” delivery of packaging products, inventory management, and other value-added services. NPSG’s strategy is to leverage purchasing power resulting from order aggregation and to transition the Company’s acquired businesses from a primarily manufacturing-based business model to a full-service distribution model.
