Will joined Halifax in 2024. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Halifax, Will worked as an associate at Pamlico Capital, a private equity firm based in Charlotte, NC. Will started his career as an investment banking analyst at Piper Sandler Companies.
Will received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in History from UNC Chapel Hill.
