Annette Harper joined Halifax in 2026 and is based in the Washington, DC office, where she supports senior members of the firm.

Prior to joining Halifax, Annette built her career as both an Executive Assistant and Recruiter with organizations including KPMG and PwC. She is known for being a trusted partner to senior leaders, with a strong ability to anticipate needs, manage complex calendars and travel, and bring order and calm to fast-paced environments. Her experience across executive support and recruiting gives her a unique perspective on people, operations, and what it takes to build and support high-performing teams.

Annette received her B.A. in History with a minor in Anthropology from Georgia State University. Outside of work, Annette enjoys Pilates, spending time outdoors, and being with her teenage son and daughter. She especially values the balance between a fast-paced professional life and the grounding simplicity of time spent with family.
