National In-Home Health Care Company Awards Franchisees for Superior Performance-Sunrise, FL – October 17, 2014 – Interim HealthCare Inc., the nation’s first and finest in home healthcare, senior care, hospice and health care staffing franchise, announced the recipients of the “National Quality Awards” for 2014 at their annual National Clinical Symposium meeting in Phoenix, AZ. The awards recognize Interim HealthCare offices for patient satisfaction as well as Medicare-certified offices for performance on Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) public measures of quality.
“We are very excited to award many of our franchisees for their leadership and superior performance,” said Kathleen Gilmartin, Interim HealthCare Inc. President & CEO. “We are especially grateful for their tenacity and commitment to the quality of the Interim HealthCare brand as well as to their patients.”
The awards were developed after the introduction of the CMS public measures in October 2003, a national government program that publishes the quality ratings of all Medicare-certified home health care agencies in the United States and to recognize the value of Interim HealthCare’s standardized monitoring of home care patient’s satisfaction.
“It’s an honor to recognize these franchisees with these awards as our appreciation for their work,” said Karen Carnes, Chief Clinical Officer at Interim HealthCare Inc. who presented the awards.
