Spencer Mueller joined Halifax in 2026. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities and supporting the firm’s business development efforts.

Prior to joining Halifax, Spencer was at Cogenuity Partners, a private equity firm based in San Francisco, where he focused on investments in industrial and business services companies. Spencer began his career at Cascadia Capital in Seattle, where he provided buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory services within the firm’s Industrials group.

Spencer earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. Spencer can be found on the slopes, attempting to improve his golf game, and the occasional disappointment that comes with supporting Seattle sports.
