Halifax formally engaged Robert Holcomb as an Operating Executive in July 2026. His responsibilities include advising portfolio companies on data, systems, and reporting strategy, with a focus on strengthening analytics maturity and enabling AI ready operations.

Robert has 20 years of experience with Johnson & Johnson, across senior data and analytics leadership positions, and held roles at Waters Corporation, a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, as well as United Technologies, a global aerospace and building systems conglomerate.

Robert earned an MS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Business from Wake Forest University, magna cum laude. Robert resides in Norton, MA, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children on Cape Cod and supporting his favorite Massachusetts sports teams.
