Halifax formally engaged Howard as an operating executive at Halifax in January 2025. Prior to engaging with Halifax, Howard served as the CEO of Envision Pharma Group (“Envision”), a leading global technology-enabled strategic solutions partner for the life sciences industry, working with over 200 pharmaceutical and biotech companies, including all the top 20 pharmaceutical companies.
Howard came to Envision through the acquisition of Two Labs Pharma Consulting (“Two Labs”) where he was one of the three founding partners. He joined the organization in 2005 as the Chief Operating Officer and assumed overall leadership in 2020. Essential drivers in the success of Two Labs included the business’s unrelenting focus on recruitment, development and retention of talent; employee engagement exceeded 80% during Howard’s tenure. Additionally, Two Labs maintained deep relationships among a differentiated client base that resulted in Net Promoter Scores in excess of 90%.
Prior to his role at Two Labs, Howard worked for Cardinal Health serving as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for four of their technology companies. He has worked with Abbott Laboratories and Novavax in a variety of sales and marketing roles.
Howard splits his time between Florida and Ohio with his wife Michelle. Never far behind (and often accompanying him to the office) is his Labrador retriever, Hunter.
