Halifax named 2016 M&A Mid-Market Seller of the Year

Halifax is honored to have been selected as 2016 M&A Mid-Market Seller of the Year by Mergers & Acquisitions’ (“M&A”). Now in it’s tenth year, the M&A Mid-Market Awards are designed to honor leading dealmakers that set the standard for transactions in the middle market. Halifax completed three significant and profitable exits in 2016, including Envision Pharma, Golden State Overnight, and NPC, ultimately earning M&A’s Seller of the Year award.
