Shawn joined Halifax in 2023. His responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and executing investments and supporting portfolio companies.
Previously, Shawn was a Senior Associate at GTCR, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley as well as at Oppenheimer & Co.
Shawn received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Business Administration from UNC Chapel Hill.
In his free time, Shawn enjoys running, skiing, traveling.
